Modexa Tech / Policy
Terms & conditions
The terms for using this website and engaging Modexa Tech for software, data and technology services.
Published 12 October 2026
1. About these terms
Modexa Tech is the business name used on this website. These terms apply to visitors, prospective customers and customers. Our business contact details are on the Contact page. “Developed by TN Business Solutions Pvt LTD” identifies the website developer and does not identify a separate seller or payment recipient.
2. Scope of business
Our principal business is software development and data processing, including application software, operating-system services, IT consultancy, electronic data processing and technical training. Related hardware and software sourcing and incidental infrastructure services are subject to lawful availability and any required permissions. Regulated services are not offered without the relevant authorisation.
3. Quotes and contract formation
Catalogue prices are indicative estimates in Pakistani rupees (PKR), not binding offers. Adding items to the cart or preparing a request does not create an order, reserve stock, submit a request to our team or take payment. A contract begins only when both parties accept a written quotation or statement of work specifying scope, total price, applicable taxes, delivery, payment milestones and acceptance criteria. A written agreement overrides these general terms where it expressly addresses the same subject.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must be at least 18, or act through an authorised adult or business representative. Supply accurate requirements and information and hold the rights to all content, software and data you provide. Arrange authorised access and approvals, keep a backup of important information, and nominate a person who can approve deliverables. Delays in information or approvals may change the delivery schedule.
5. Scope changes and acceptance
Items listed as excluded are not part of a package. Additional features, revisions, attendees or data volumes require written agreement on price and timing. Deliverables are assessed against the written acceptance criteria. Report defects or discrepancies through Contact so they can be investigated. Merely downloading a file does not waive rights concerning defective or misdescribed work.
6. Payment and third-party costs
Pay only against a confirmed quotation or invoice using an authorised method. Domain, hosting, cloud, gateway, software licence, hardware, shipping and other third-party charges are excluded unless expressly included. Any applicable taxes and compulsory charges must be disclosed before you commit. The website currently collects no payments; JazzCash and easypaisa checkout are not active.
7. Intellectual property and licences
Ownership and usage rights for custom deliverables are set out in the written agreement, including any condition of full payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, open-source software and third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences. Purchasing a service does not transfer a third-party publisher’s intellectual property. Do not reproduce our original brand assets without permission.
8. Confidentiality and lawful use
Each party must protect the other party’s non-public information and use it only for the agreed engagement. Do not request unlawful processing, unauthorised access, pirated software, fraud, malware, infringement or other prohibited activity. We may decline or suspend work where lawful authority or safe access cannot be established.
9. Cancellation, remedies and liability
The Cancellation, Refund and Service Delivery policies form part of these terms. No term excludes a right or remedy that applicable law makes mandatory. Any project-specific liability allocation must be agreed in writing and cannot exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not promise uninterrupted third-party services or outcomes outside the agreed scope.
10. Disputes and governing law
Raise an issue using the Complaints policy first. These terms are governed by applicable laws of Pakistan. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may approach the competent court, regulator or other legally available forum. These terms do not restrict statutory complaint rights.
11. Updates
The version in effect when your written agreement is accepted applies to that engagement, unless both parties agree otherwise. Future website changes do not retrospectively remove agreed customer rights.
