What information this website uses, what stays in your browser and what happens when you contact us.

1. Information you provide
The request builder asks for your name, email, an optional organisation name and a project brief. Preparing a request keeps this information in session storage on your device and creates a reviewable document. This website does not send the request to Modexa Tech or store it in an order database. You choose whether and how to share it. The Email request link opens your email application with a draft; you must review and send it yourself. Long requests must be downloaded and attached manually. Do not enter passwords, payment credentials, government identity documents or sensitive datasets into the brief.
2. Cart and technical data
Your cart stores only product identifiers and quantities in local storage. It persists on that browser until you remove it or clear site storage. A dismissed storage notice is also saved locally. Vercel hosts this site and may process IP addresses, request information and technical logs for delivery, security and abuse prevention. No advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts are installed.
3. When you contact Modexa Tech
Information you share directly may be used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, deliver an agreed service, manage payments, provide support and meet legal obligations. We request only information relevant to the engagement. Project-data processing, access permissions and confidentiality obligations should be agreed before files or system access are shared.
4. Service providers and transfers
Hosting, communication, payment or project-service providers may process information needed for their role. Their infrastructure may be outside Pakistan. This website uses Vercel for hosting. Support emails are forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Google-hosted correspondence inbox; external map links open Google Maps only when selected. Providers’ privacy terms apply to their services. We do not sell personal information.
5. Payments
There is currently no active payment gateway on this website. Once enabled, payment credentials must be entered only on the authorised provider’s secure payment interface. The merchant should receive only the transaction details needed to reconcile the order and handle support, not your wallet PIN or OTP. This policy will be updated when the live integration is configured.
6. Retention and controls
Cart data remains in local storage until cleared. Request details remain in session storage until you clear the draft or end the browser session; some browsers restore sessions. Downloaded copies remain wherever you save them. For information you send to us, retention depends on the engagement, accounting requirements and unresolved disputes. Ask through Contact about access, correction, deletion or the retention of a particular record. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
7. Security and children
Use a private device when preparing a request, and clear stored information on a shared computer. We use HTTPS hosting and limit the information requested, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Our services are directed at adults and authorised business representatives, not children.
8. Privacy requests
Contact Modexa Tech through the Contact page. Describe your request without disclosing unnecessary sensitive information. We may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing personal records.
