Refund & return policy
How we handle cancelled work, delivery problems, defective items and duplicate payments.
Published 12 October 2026
1. Before you pay
No payment is collected by this website today. The following policy applies when an engagement is accepted and payment is made through a subsequently authorised method. The written quotation must identify the seller, scope, refund conditions and any third-party commitments before payment.
2. Services that have not started
You may request cancellation before work begins. Refundable amounts exclude only a third-party cost that you explicitly authorised as non-refundable before it was incurred, where that exclusion is lawful. We will explain any proposed deduction and provide a breakdown.
3. Services already in progress
If you cancel after work starts, we assess the work actually completed and any expressly authorised, non-recoverable third-party costs against the agreed milestones. Any unearned balance is refundable. We will provide a written calculation rather than applying an automatic blanket forfeiture.
4. Defective or materially different deliverables
If a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, contact us promptly with the relevant acceptance criteria and examples. We will assess the issue and propose correction, re-performance or an appropriate partial or full refund. Statutory rights for defective or misdescribed services are not excluded.
5. Digital licences and training
An activated or delivered third-party licence may have publisher restrictions on change-of-mind returns. Any restriction must be disclosed before purchase and does not remove remedies for an invalid or misdescribed licence. Training cancellation and rescheduling terms must be disclosed in the booking confirmation. Undelivered sessions cancelled by us qualify for rescheduling or a refund of the affected session.
6. Physical hardware returns
Hardware is supplied only against an accepted itemised quotation. The quotation must state condition, specification, delivery, warranty provider and return terms. Report a damaged, wrong or defective item promptly and retain packaging and proof of purchase. Contact us for return authorisation and instructions before sending equipment; the office is not an automatic return destination. We assess responsibility for return costs and disclose any lawful change-of-mind charge before acceptance.
7. Duplicate or failed transactions
A debit without a confirmed order, duplicate charge or amount mismatch must be investigated against the provider’s transaction record. Do not pay again while a transaction is pending without checking its status. A screenshot or SMS alone is not final verification.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where supported, or another lawful method agreed with the payer after verification. We confirm the approved amount, submission date and provider processing estimate in writing. We do not guarantee a wallet or bank processing time that the provider has not confirmed.
9. Making a request
Use the Contact page and provide your quotation or invoice reference, transaction reference if applicable, date and a brief description. Never share a wallet PIN, OTP or full payment credentials. If unresolved, follow the Complaints policy.
