Acceptable use & licensing
Our services require lawful content, authorised access and properly licensed technology.

1. Permitted use
Use this site to evaluate services and prepare genuine project requests. Commission work only where you have authority over the relevant systems, data and intellectual property.
2. Prohibited requests
We do not offer pirated software or keys, credential theft, unauthorised system access, malware distribution, fraud, unlawful surveillance, unlawful personal-data processing or infringing content. Hardware imports or regulated activities require the applicable permissions.
3. Data processing authority
Before sharing a dataset, establish your lawful authority to process it and agree its purpose, access controls, transfer method, retention and deletion. Use sample or anonymised data during early scoping where possible.
4. Licensing
Open-source components retain their licences. Commercial applications and operating systems require the appropriate publisher licence. Hardware or software sourcing does not imply a manufacturer partnership.
5. Enforcement
We may decline or suspend unlawful or unauthorised work and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities. Treatment of legitimate unused payments follows the accepted agreement and Refund policy.
